Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack Securely

  Place the remote control in its original packaging or a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Refund

  After our technicians inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
